Maxim Vinogradov, a British Columbia licensed home inspector, is the owner and operator of Phoenix Building Inspections. Maxim is a veteran of the Canadian Forces. During his time with the RCN he learned how to inspect, repair and operate Canada’s naval frigates. Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and structural components was acquired during his time as a construction contractor.
Maxim has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a comprehensive and detailed home inspection report to clients. The reports are e-mailed within 24 hours of the home inspection, plus he only needs 24-hours advance notice for bookings.
