Maxim Vinogradov, British Columbia licensed building inspector specialist, is the owner and operator of Phoenix Building Inspections. Maxim is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces NAVY, where he learned how to repair, operate and inspect Canadian Frigate ships. Maxim sharpened his knowledge on plumbing, electrical and structure where he can implement the acquired knowledge with his past construction experience to conduct deficiency evaluation of any building structural components.
Maxim has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a comprehensive and detailed property inspection report to his clients. The reports are e-mailed to clients within 24 hours of the building inspection, and he only needs 24 hours’ notice to make your booking.
